– Services

Red Apple Event Management provides event planning and management services, including but not limited to corporate events, weddings, private parties, and other special events.

– Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and/or deposit as specified.
• The client agrees to pay all fees as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
• Full payment is typically required before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

– Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation by the client must be made in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.
• Refunds on other payments will be at the sole discretion of Red Apple Event Management, based on the timing of the cancellation and any costs already incurred.

– Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing accurate event details and ensuring that necessary permissions, licenses, and permits are obtained.
• The client must ensure that all attendees behave responsibly and comply with all venue regulations.

– Changes to Event Details

• Any changes to event details, including date, time, location, or scope of services, must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges.
• Red Apple Event Management will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

– Liability

• Red Apple Event Management will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• We are not responsible for the actions of third-party vendors, suppliers, or venues involved in the event.

– Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failure to perform or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

– Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, designs, images, text, and materials on our website or provided through our services, are the intellectual property of Red Apple Event Management and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
